This project began when I came to my brother, my friend, my co-writer for over 20+ years, and awesome producer Michael Bohannon, and said, “what do you think about doing an original Christmas CD?” Mike said he had been thinking about doing some Christmas music for some time but never got around to it. I told him we have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Let’s give the people some new holiday music. I looked back in my song repertoire, pulled out Christmas songs I had written some years back, and added them to some I most recently wrote. I must thank Mike for his great production ideas and for making my songs come to life and into this day and time. We want to dedicate this CD to Mike’s mom, Mrs. Patricia Bohannon, to our sister Ingrid Bohannon, to my mom, Marie E. Stewart, R.I.P. 3/8/2015, my baby brother, Cromwell B. Stewart, R. I. P. 5/29/2013. I never stop missing either of you. In 2010 we had a Fabulous Nu-Tones 40th reunion. One of the founding members of our group, Lorenzo “Doc” Ferguson. “Doc” passed away on December 14, 2015. R.I.P, my dear friend. I dedicate this project to my heart and soul, my wife Janise, my daughter Tanisha, my sons Rashaad and Matthew, my granddaughters Raven, Tiana, and Lilly, to my goddaughters Trina, Donna, and Torrie. And a special shout out to Brenda, Robyn, Little Harper, and Micah. We are all family. God Bless. Special thanks to my Phi Mu Alpha and Alpha Phi Alpha brother, flute and saxophonist William “Bill” Moon, for his solo work on my project. To my fans, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! And Please “ENJOY THE MUSIC.”
